Here at Bistro 135, we want all of our guests to instantly feel at home when they arrive - with our welcoming staff and comfortable, yet upscale atmosphere we are able to achieve just that.  Our focus is on both, simplicity and quality. Great food, service, and atmosphere. 

We choose the freshest ingredients, most of which are house made, throughout each menu item. Whether you try one of Chef Kevin’s incredible “shareable” appetizers or jump right into a fresh pasta dish, you will not be disappointed with the outcome. With the addition of our wood-fired oven, you've got to try one of our incredible pizzas. From our stocks and sauces in the kitchen, to our mixes and purees in our cocktails, we hope you enjoy the highest quality throughout your dining experience with us. Our mission is to bring flavors you may find in the Bay or Napa right in our home in the Central Valley.

    In the very early years of his life, our very own Chef Kevin began his culinary journey that would eventually lead to him becoming the Executive Chef and Owner of his own restaurant in Tracy, CA (not far from his hometown, Manteca). His Grandma Sal taught him how to make fresh pastas among many other recipes, always using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Keeping it simple, yet delicious and rich in flavor.

    Let’s fast forward a bit… Kevin’s desire was to pursue a career in the culinary world  — after 6 years actively serving our country in the Air Force, he decided he would do just that. He was accepted into the highly selective, Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, where he would spend the next few years learning and developing into the Chef he strived to become. Post-graduation, he worked at restaurants in Napa, throughout the Central Valley, and New Hampshire. After some time on the east coast, the opportunity for his own restaurant arose in Tracy. 

    Today, he is an owner and the Executive Chef of Bistro 135, bringing his passion of good, simple, Contemporary American and Italian cuisine to the Central Valley.
